Finding herself alone in the wintry city of Oslo, Eleanor Flowers’ novella-in-poems Love Story tells the tale of one woman’s journey home to herself after a dangerous romance. The collection is written in dialogue with Emily Wilson’s feminist translation of Homer’s Odyssey.

The poems and song lyrics in this volume make up Eleanor Flowers’ first collection. These works have been performed as a musical cabaret in Oslo since 2024 and come together to form an ode to the city itself.

The free book launch concert will be at Prismatic Pages in Oslo at 19.00 of February 5th 2026.
